is a nonprofit organization established in 1999. We are currently serving the
communities of Hatboro, Horsham, Willow Grove, Warminster, Warrington, Doylestown,
Southampton, Abington, Ambler, Bell Bell, Glenside and more.

in our neighborhoods a safe ride home should they need one. Our service ensures
that you or someone you know will never have to risk driving after drinking.
With Designated Driving
Services and our new Safe Ride Home Contract Program,
there is no reason for you or your family members to drive impaired, ride with
an impaired driver, or end up stranded on the road or in a situation that could
lead to physical or sexual assault. When a loved one or customer find themselves
in such a situation while out having a good time, they can call Designated Driving
Services. We will send a driver to get them home safely. It's just that simple!
Mission
Designated Driving Services mission, first and foremost is to reduce the number of tragedies caused by the senseless choice some people make to drive while intoxicated. The repercussions of their decisions are immeasurable. They affect the safety and lives of everyone we know and love. And it is all unnecessary. And it is all avoidable when a service such as ours is available and so easily attainable.
Designated Driving Services' mission for the first year is to reach over 100,000 parents, young adults, teens and college students that live in the 600,000+ homes and colleges in Bucks & Montgomery counties. Our goal is to have 100,000 families and college students commit to our contract program.
To fulfill our mission, DDS is requesting a $250.000 grant from Pepsi Refresh Project Program. This money will guarantee that we reach all 600,000+ homes and colleges in Bucks & Montgomery Counties. We plan to accomplish this by; hiring a competent staff; purchasing necessary equipment and supplies. Most importantly; we will be promoting the program by hanging banners; mass mailing postcards; placing ads in our community media network; communicating with businesses in our neighborhoods; organizing fund-raisers; holding promotions for students on campuses at high schools and community colleges.
