Gordon Johnson
Brief Bio:

Gordon Johnson, the seventh of 8 children, was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia. He now resides in Horsham Township with his wife Cheryl and 2 daughters, Victoria (a student at Hatboro-Horsham High School) and Samantha (a student at Blair Mill Elementary School.) Gordon moved to the Horsham area at the age of 22 when he accepted a job at Decision Data, Inc. 28 years ago. Gordon left Decision Data Inc. to start his own computer supply company for 7 years. He also returned back to his community in Philadelphia for 2 years when he owned and operated a successful restaurant. Gordon is now works full-time as a government employee for NAS JRB Willow Grove Air Station.

In 1999, Gordon Johnson established a non-profit organization called Designated Driving Services. His organization has provided free rides to many responsible individuals and families in our communities who made the life saving decision not to drive impaired or found themselves in an unsafe situation.

Gordon Johnson has been dedicated to providing this life saving service with Designated Driving Services for 11 years. In addition to keeping our communities and our children safe, Gordon Johnson proudest moments are: being invited to Harrisburg to speak on Capital Hill on behalf of State Senator Stewart Greenleaf's "SB1084" Bill, acknowledge by Senator Charles T. McIlhinney Jr., State Representative Thomas P. Murt and State Representative Rick Taylor as well as Governor Edward Rendell.

When Gordon is not working for the government or helping to save lives in our communities through the transportation services of Designated Driving Services, he enjoys officiating at Pop-Warner Football games (Bux-Mont Association) and the CFFL Men's Flag Football League.
